ReceiptSplit is a mobile application that enables:

Important: The App is an expense tracking tool. It is not a financial service, payment processor, or accounting software. The Developer does not process payments, transfer money, or provide financial advice.

Users shall not use the App for any unlawful purposes or to distribute illegal content.

6.1 Free Tier

The App is available free of charge with the following:

Optional paid subscription with unlimited AI scanning. Available as a monthly or annual subscription. Current pricing is displayed in the App and on the App Store.

6.3 Apple Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions to ReceiptSplit Pro are processed exclusively through the Apple App Store. The Developer does not process payments, collect fees, or handle refunds.

All matters relating to payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Subscription management is available in the User's Apple ID settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for AI receipt processing. Details are available in the Privacy Policy.

Payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Revolut) are accessible via links only. The Developer does not process payments or share data with these services.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by the Developer and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The User retains all rights to data entered into the App.

9. Liability

9.1 The Developer strives for accurate receipt scanning. Users should verify extracted data before making payments.

9.2 The App is provided "as is". The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9.3 The Developer is not responsible for disputes between Users regarding expense splits.

9.4 The Developer's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
